The Department of Finance is looking for an energetic and committed individual to join as Officer. The appointee will perform a wide spectrum of administrative duties to support the UG team to manage the daily operation of the 2 UG programs - BBA in Finance (FINA) and BSc in Quantitative Finance (QFIN). The appointee is primarily responsible for assisting the UG program manager in the following areas: Duties:

• Handling academic matters, such as course registration, student applications, etc.
• Interacting with students and offering advice on academic and non-academic affairs.
• Assisting in organizing enrichment events and outreach activities, such as seminars, mentorship programs, career talks, training workshops, student gatherings, case competition, among other things.
• Helping in liaising with external and internal units.
• Performing any other duties as assigned by Head of Department/UG Coordinator or Manager and providing support to the Department whenever need arises.

Requirements:

• Applicants should have a bachelors degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience preferably in tertiary institutions.
• They should enjoy interacting with students; be detail-minded, meticulous and highly organized.
• They should have the ability to meet project milestones and multi-task.
• The ideal candidate should also be a proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility.
• They should have good mastery of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with design software and managing social media platforms would be an advantage.
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
• Occasional working outside normal office hours is required.

(Duration: 2 years, renewable) Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.
