Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to customers to drive sales and achieve targets
• Demonstrate and educate customers on product usage and benefits, and provide personalized recommendations based on individual needs
• Maintain product displays and ensure that shelves are stocked and organized
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve store targets and objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the beauty industry
• Passion for beauty products and trends, with a strong understanding of skincare and makeup
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets and achieve store objectives
