Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop system solutions that meet business objectives and adhere to industry best practices.
• Test and validate system solutions to ensure they meet business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
• Provide technical support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for system improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a system analyst, with experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and system implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify patterns and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in system design tools and methodologies.
• Experience with programming languages and software development methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.
