APAC IT Production Transformation Manager will report directly to APAC CTO and she/he will be in charge of leading and driving strategic and key transformation initiatives of APAC IT Production.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Steer the strategic transformation programs of APAC IT Production such as Move-to-Cloud, DevSecOps, Deployment of Global IT Production TOM… Orchestrate the data-driven, digital and technological transformation transversally within APAC IT Production Establish and supervise a department-wide IT remediation program to address the gaps identified in various audits and mitigate our operational risks Lead the people initiatives of the department

Contributing Responsibilities

Facilitate Continuous Improvement and problem solving Facilitate Change Management & Efficient Communication within the organization Contribute to Staff development & Mindset management Ensure efficiency and process streamlining Contribute to automation and data analytics initiatives across the department

Requirements

Strong knowledge and experience in IT Production Governance and Processes Knowledge on Cloud and DevSecOps Communication to a variety of audience (from operational to C-level) Program Management / Lean / Process efficiency / Continuous improvement IT Transformation & Change Management Regional exposure is preferred with experience working in different cultures in the Asia-Pacific region Independent, self-motivated and innovative with good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills, and can foster teamwork
