Responsibilities: Maintain HR daily operational functions, e.g. payroll, salary review, budgeting, market benchmarking, data analysis etc. Support annual project, e.g. tax returns, performance reviews and salary adjustments, benefit reviews, etc. Support HRIS implementation project Collaborate with the team in the formulation and execution of HR strategies and initiatives Handle end-to-end onboarding and offboarding formalities, as well as staff cases. Ensure and support the implementation of internal policies, procedures, and regulations in daily work. Act as a business partner to provide HR solutions to business units on people-related matters, such as retention, change management, salary benchmarking, disciplinary actions, and performance management, etc. Support various HR initiatives and employee relations activities. Maintain HR daily operational functions, such as payroll, salary review, budge Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration or as a compensation specialist. Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Proficiency in both English & Mandarin. Immediate availability will be considered an advantage.
