Job Responsibilities: Handle client enquiries and account opening procedures Create and maintain good relationship with both prospective and existing clients Provide quality customer services and handle clients enquiries and feedback Achieve individual sale target including account opening and different financial products Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor Job Requirements: Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above; At least 1 year related experience in customer services or sales role Strong communication and client relationship management skills Passed HKSI paper 1,7,8 or licensed with SFC Type 1 is preferred Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) Previous sales related experience in Internet Brokerage firms preferred Company Benefits: 15 to 20 days annual leave per year Paid sick leave, marriage leave, full pay maternity / paternity leave Group medical insurance 5-day work week Monthly Salary with attractive commission We offer attractive remuneration package to the right candidates.
