• 主責一般行政文書、財務及採購等工作
• 管理中心日常運作及維修保養
• 處理電話查詢及接待工作
• 協助整理服務數據、撰寫會議記錄、服務統計及報告
• 支援服務計劃推行，並透過不同渠道推廣中心服務
• 高級文憑，持辦公室行政管理相關資格優先
• 三年行政主任、管理或相關工作經驗
• 良好中英書寫及溝通能力；懂普通話
• 熟悉 MS Office 及中英文輸入
• 主動積極、處事成熟、工作有效率且精確
• 有愛心、具良好溝通技巧及團隊合作精神
