高級屋宇管理系統技術員 / 屋宇管理系統技術員 (AIRSIDE at Kai Tak)

職責：

• 操作和監控屋宇管理系統(BMS)
• 監控其他設施管理系統，如消防、照明、升降機等
• 向工程主任/經理報告
• 記錄及執行對屋宇管理系統(BMS) 設置的更改
• 監控及報告異常室內溫度、濕度、技術警報等
• 記錄任何異常值，包括傳感器或相關屋宇管理系統(BMS)設備並報告
• 報行上級委派的工作安排
• 須24小時輪班工作

要求：

• 持有屋宇設備工程學／電機工程學文憑／證書或其他相關學科
• 持有效平安咭
• 持有註冊電器工人 A牌者優先考慮
• 具3年或以上操作屋宇管理系統(BMS)工作經驗

[如應徵高級屋宇管理系統技術員，則須具6年或以上操作屋宇管理系統 (BMS)工作經驗（其中3年必須曾於甲級商場及商廈工作)]

• 能獨立處理屋宇管理系統(BMS)操作
• 良好溝通能力
