Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively Analyze, formulate, and implement store business strategies to maximize sales goals and profits and ensure store efficiency Provide excellent customer services and maintain good relationship with our valuable customers Actively providing coach and guidance to the teams to deliver excellent quality of services and professional product knowledge Review daily, weekly and monthly sales and product performance data and take action to improve sales performance Manage inventory, including receiving, replenishment, and stock accuracy, to ensure adequate product availability while minimizing stock loss.
