We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Customer Relationship & Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our customers, assisting in project coordination, and providing training on our systems to clients. Requirements: Higher Diploma or above (fresh graduates are also welcome) 1+ years of relevant working experience Excellent communication skills in both Cantonese and English Strong written skills in both Chinese and English Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and other commonly used software Friendly, patient, proactive, and eager to learn Responsibilities: Facilitate communication between the company and school/parents customers Provide system operation support to customers and resolve any issues that arise Assist supervisors with project coordination Foster communication between customers and other departments within the company Provide training to customers on system usage Candidates with more customer service experience will be considered for the supervisor position Interested candidates, please send your resume, expected salary, and availability.
