Job Responsibilities: Manage and update the Lockly.com store, ensuring optimal user experience and conversion rates; Plan, create, and execute digital ad campaigns on Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, and other platforms. Work with internal and external teams to create assets to be used for campaigns; Monitor and analyse campaign performance, optimise KPIs including traffic and ROAS to maximize ROI for each target groups in the marketing funnel; Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to align strategies with overall marketing goals; Stay up-to-date and provide competitor analysis report with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices; Work independently to manage projects and drive results; Perform other ad-hoc assignments on marketing. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications , Ecommerce or a related field; 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and performance marketing; Background in Digital Agency / 4As / Performance Agency / Media Agency / CRM Agency / Consumer Research Firm is an Advantage; Experience working with tech / lifestyle brands, no matter projects/freelance, knowledge particularly in the US / EU / AU market is welcomed; Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and analysis tools (Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Pinterest, TikTok); Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to the team; Hands-on experience with website management and e-commerce platforms, experience with Shopify will be a big plus; Strong ownership and communication skills, Self-motivated and outgoing; Good proficient in writing and speaking English and Chinese; We do not accept IANG candidate.
