Accounting Officer

Task

• Issuing invoice via MYOB
• Handle routine accounting functions including accounts receivable
• In charge of AR settlement, debit note issuance and follow up on overdue customers payment
• Prepare GL journal entries
• Prepare weekly AR Ageing reports
• Prepare different management reports.
• Support ad hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirement:

• LCCI higher or above in accounting or related discipline
• Around 3 years of working experience in accounts receivable
• Proficiency in MYOB is an advantage
