• 負責僱員再培訓局課程和到各懲教院所管理課程運作、職業輔導及建立僱主網絡
• 專上教育程度 (主修社會工作、社會科學或心理輔導優先)，中英文良好，熟悉電腦操作
• 具三年相關工作經驗 (如從事心理輔導、就業輔導、社會工作、顧客服務或培訓等工作) 優先考慮
• 成熟、主動，願意接受挑戰及能獨立工作
