Assistant Marketing Manager - Digital Marketing / Data Analytics / CDP
Responsibilities:
- Lead Digital Initiatives: Lead the development, implementation and management of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Marketing Automation Platform to optimize customer engagement and drive business performance
- Collaborate across teams: Work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to define and develop effective customer experience based on customer data strategies. To design customer segments, build automated journeys, and create loyalty plans that enhance customer experience and contribute to overall business performance
- Drive Campaign Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of digital performance campaigns, including SEM, paid social, programmatic display, and video placements to maximize reach and conversion, to drive marketing efficiency
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze customer, website, social media, e-commerce, and advertising performance data to provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards for effective data visualization and reporting
- Optimize Performance: Provide ongoing recommendations for own platform and campaign optimization to enhance marketing efficiency and ensure continuous improvement throughout the marketing funnel
- Leadership & Guidance: Inspire cross-functional teams to achieve excellence in data-driven digital marketing strategies, fostering a culture of innovation and proactive problem-solving
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in IT/Digital/Marketing/Business related disciplines
- At least 5 years experience the includes Customer Data Platform and performance marketing
- Self-motivated and being a team player is a must
- Proven experience of leading digital projects
- Hands-on experience in data analysis and experience in handling customer data platforms is essential
- Hands-on experience in Paid search, display, SEO, Social media (FB, IG, YouTube), Google Analytics is essential
- Prior experience with CDP systems (e.g. Adobe RTCDP, Tealium, Segment, MS Dynamics 365 or relevant data management and customer data platform vendors)
- Education in business, marketing, data science or information management would be preferred
- Experience in digital marketing agency a plus
- Hand on experience in creating advertising campaigns on META and Google
- Hand on experience in creating customer segments and automation journeys on CDP and Marketing Automation Platform
- Proven experience on creating data dashboards on Looker Studio
- Strong leadership skills with ability to lead change and drive innovation
- Strong analytical ability to develop data driven media strategies
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office environment
