職位編號：PTII - TOHC 負責為嚴重殘疾人士提供外展物理治療評估、設計和推動復康治療計劃，並協助單位進行員工培訓工作及推展照顧者支援服務。應徵者須持認可物理治療學位或同等學歷，持認可註冊物理治療師證書及有效執業證書，香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考英國語文科及中國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等學歷。薪酬參照非政府機構一般職位總薪級表(MPS)及按資歷與經驗而定，另設津貼。 以上職位以合約條款聘用。
