Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor Warehouse stock levels for inventory control
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories, identify discrepancies and reconcile inventory records
• Identify, document and manage damaged/已過期 stock, or slow-moving inventory for disposal/repair
• Implement new procedures, policies and strategies to improve process efficiency and reduce losses
• Support and ensure daily warehouse operations compliance with policies and regulations
• Generate and maintain effective reports for Inventory control analysis and manage budgets related to inventory
• Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager

Requirements:

• Form 5 graduate or above (with HKCEE/HKDSE English passed)
• 5 years of relevant experience in Electrical industry/electrical product trading 公司名稱 - Export Trade / Business
• PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing is must
• Familiar with ERP system is preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Pleasant and mature personality, proactive and able to work under pressure and independently
• Valid forklift driving licence
