The Role

VP, Insurance Consultant, Wealth Management

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct training for local and banking partners and frontline staff (Business Trip 1-2 times per month if needed);
• Build relationship with bank account managers or referrers;
• Close insurance deal and provide after sales services;
• Complete regular customer background reviews;
• Organize and update training materials.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor degree;
• Possess an insurance license from the Insurance Authority (I.A.);
• 10-15 years of insurance frontline related work experience (Existing TR in a brokerage 公司名稱 is preferred); candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in 香港 or overseas is considered as an advantage;
• Good understanding on 香港 and Mainland insurance products;
• Native level Mandarin (advantage if with Fluent Chinese and English);
• Familiar with domestic culture.
