Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of product pages for new product launches, working with other team members.
• Assist Senior Art Director in developing creative concepts and visual strategies for photoshoots, campaigns, and projects.
• Collaborate with outside photographers and videographers in the creation of assets for our brand.
• Create compelling visual designs and graphics for print, digital, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to create compelling campaigns.
• Prepare design materials for presentations and other ad hoc projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and style consistency.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Who You Are:

• You have a fantastic eye for design and understand the subtleties of what makes the Linjer aesthetic.
• You have prior experience using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and/or Adobe Illustrator.
• You’re extremely detail-oriented, and are good at following processes.
• You have a strong passion for digital brand building.
• You’re coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement and professional growth.
• You’re tech literate and can learn new software with ease.
• You thrive in a high growth environment and enjoy a startup team culture.
