Trust Officer (Administration)

Responsibility

  • Assist department head regarding daily operations of the Trust company by delivering a full suite of trust and corporate services to clients

  • Liasie and streamline the workflow proactively with regulators, clients, sales team, group internal parties and other stakeholders in compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Follow the companys governance structure, policies, and internal control, including KYC, AML and risk management procedures

  • Design marketing materials, i.e. presentation deck, brochure, etc. and manage social media platform with Group marketing team

  • Conduct seminars or events for local and overseas channels, i.e. Mainkand China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Thai etc.

  • Participate in ad hoc projects or matters

Requirement

  • Higher Diploma or above

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experiences in trust company or insurance industry

  • Responsible, diligent and well-organized

  • Detail oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and minimum supervision

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Fluent in spoken Mandarin is an advantage

  • Proficiency in PC software, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chinese typing

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
