Overview

Partner with a progressive corporate bank driving innovation in treasury services, where you'll support Foreign Exchange and Money Market operations within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This role offers an excellent foundation to build expertise in treasury operations while contributing meaningfully to the bank's operational excellence and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Execute daily treasury transactions for Foreign Exchange and Money Market products while maintaining strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
Monitor trade execution and settlement processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and comprehensive documentation of all treasury activities
Serve as a key liaison between the treasury team and clients, providing responsive and professional support on treasury-related inquiries and service requests
Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing and supporting the implementation of enhanced procedures and workflows
Evaluate operational risks within treasury activities and recommend mitigation strategies to safeguard the bank's financial interests
Compile and analyze operational performance data to generate insightful reports for management review and process optimization

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in treasury operations within a banking environment, with exposure to Foreign Exchange and Money Market instruments (graduates with strong foundational knowledge are encouraged to apply)
Solid knowledge of treasury products and instruments, particularly Foreign Exchange and Money Market solutions and their operational mechanics
Proactive mindset with genuine interest in process improvement and collaborative problem-solving within team settings
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to assess operational challenges and develop practical solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English and Chinese, coupled with proficiency in banking systems and Microsoft Office applications
