TECHNICAL OFFICER (Kowloon East)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to plan, co-ordinate and review all repairing, maintenance and upgrading works/projects

• Preparing tender and specifications for repairing / maintenance works and services contracts

• Attending emergency calls after normal working hours are necessary

Requirements:

• Holder of Degree in E&M Engineering/Building Services (E&M)/Building Surveying or related discipline (less qualification but with more experience will also be considered)

• Holder of registered electrical worker license with class B0 or above is preferably and should have minimum 4 years relevant experience 

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required

• Experience in the field of property management will be a definite advantage
