System Engineer

To cope with our business expansion, we are looking for the high caliber candidate to join our team. The successful candidate will join our IT Team and is responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:
 1. Manage and maintain IT equipment, including Windows/Linux servers, network switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi routers.
2. Monitor system and network performance.
3. Install, manage, and maintain various servers and network equipment.
4. Update network and system documentation.
5. Manage inventory and IT resources.
6. Provide daily operations and end-user support.

Requirements:

1. Higher diploma or above with at least two years of experience in technical support and networking.
2. Minimum of two years of relevant experience in the financial industry.
3. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, firewall, and network switch configuration.
4. Solid experience with Microsoft Windows-based operating systems.
5. Independent, responsible, proactive, and capable of working under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
6. MCSE or CCNA qualifications are preferred.
