Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

- Supervise and support staff, ensuring efficient operations

- Prepare and serve beverages and food items

- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

Requirements

- Experience in a fast-paced environment; experience in a ramen or Japanese restaurant is an advantage

- Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin; knowledge of Japanese is a definite advantage

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Passion for Japanese cuisine and culture
