Who youll be working for

What requirements youll need to be eligible

  • Minimum 2 years of luxury or premium retail sales experience (team leadership preferred).

  • Experienced as First in Charge of retail store, with strong knowledge and skills in people and store management.

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to engage diverse clientele.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, customer-centric attitude.

  • Proven ability to drive sales, resolve conflicts, and inspire teams.

  • Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.

    Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.

    Deliver exceptional service, building strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.

    Ensure displays align with brand guidelines and optimize product presentation.

    Assist in staff scheduling and daily store operations for seamless workflow.

    Represent the brand with sophistication, product expertise, and polished service.
