Work you'll do

• Support account leaders in organizing and leading the priority accounts programs and events.
• Lead key projects/ initiatives from scratch and ensure timely delivery of results.
• Oversee daily operation, ensuring alignment with the team goals and optimizing within the team/ across other functions.
• Support on pipeline management, staff scheduling, contract management and management of the capability building.
• Organize internal meeting and prepare meeting presentation deck.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Partners, clients and other internal counterparts.
• Prior experience in staffing management is not a must but would be an advantage.

We are looking for someone with

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years working experience.
• Strong organizational skills with solid project management and project delivery experience
• Experience in marketing/ digital marketing/ project management is highly preferred.
• Good financial and business acumen.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with ability to demonstrate, communicate and resolve complex issues.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently and collaborate with team members in Hong Kong and other regions.
• Strong communication, fluent in written and oral English and Chinese (Cantonese).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
