Senior Specialist, Implementation Engineering
Checkout.com is looking for a dynamic and proactive Implementation Engineer to provide merchants and business partners with world-class technical support during implementation. The core purpose is to reduce friction in the integration process to achieve a successful and efficient integration. You will play a critical role in maintaining the trust of customers, ensuring that technical queries arising during the implementation are answered and escalated when required. Working directly with customer technical teams to resolve issues, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders across Technology and Business to contribute to Checkout.com’s 職位 as a leading online payment solutions provider.
