ABOUT THE ROLE:

Job Title: Software Maintenance Engineer

Employment Type: Full-time; permanent

Work Set-up: Onsite (Office is in Tseung Kwan O)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Bachelors degree or Advanced Diploma
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in MySQL & MS SQL database maintenance and development is required
• Fluency in Mandarin is required

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in completing database software construction consultations and technical guidance, assist in designing feasible technical solutions based on client needs, and work closely with sales, marketing, and technical departments to jointly promote projects.
• Perform functional testing, error elimination and payback mechanism construction according to customer needs.
• Performs scenarios such as technical prototyping and testing, simulated applications, writes user manuals and technical documentation, and makes clear presentations to non-technical customers through presentations and explanations.
• Participate in exchange and learning with domestic and foreign technical experts to continuously improve the practical capabilities of database architecture design and maintenance.
• Based on the understanding of the product and the accumulation of use cases, he writes product technology articles, hosts product technology training, briefing sessions and seminars and exchanges.
