職位 Summary:

Our client is a leading player in the data center industry, dedicated to ensuring optimal performance and reliability. They are seeking a Site Operations Supervisor to join the Technical & Operations team. You will oversee a skilled team of 30 personnel focused on the installation, service, and maintenance of data center operations. You will play a crucial role in supporting system migrations and will be responsible for effectively scheduling the workforce, managing manpower, and overseeing rosters and timesheets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation, service, and maintenance operations at the data center.
• Lead and mentor a team of 30 to ensure high performance and industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with electrical engineers and other technical staff.
• Support system migrations, particularly SAP, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
