Job Description

• Responsible for tracking and managing import/export contracts
• Process customer orders, quotations, confirmations, and delivery arrangements
• Monitor shipping documentation progress and provide schedules to sales team
• Handle customs declaration, CO, shipment booking, shipping, L/C, foreign exchange, and related documentation
• Coordinate with finance team on customer payment status
• Prepare sales reports and manage recovery of write-off orders
• Submit accurate and timely documentation to finance for financial write-offs

Ideal Candidates

• Degree holder
• 1+ years of experience in international trading, shipping documentation, or related
• An advantage : experience in commodities, natural resources, or iron/steel trading is an advantage
• Proficient in English, Chinese, and Mandarin
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
