We are looking for a motivated VIP Relationship Specialist to join our Client Services team, based in 香港, with a primary focus on Mandarin-speaking markets.

This role will serve as the key point of contact for VIP and institutional clients in the region, with an emphasis on client servicing, relationship development, and regional business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and develop relationships with VIP and institutional clients across Mandarin-speaking markets
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular, proactive communication and engagement
• Support client retention and satisfaction by delivering responsive, high-quality client service
• Assist in improving client service workflows, reporting, and account management processes
• Monitor client trading activity, identify client needs, and prepare basic account performance insights
• Work closely with internal teams (Trading, Operations, Product, Compliance, and Support) to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing service delivery

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in relationship management, client services, or sales within financial services (banking, brokerage, trading, fintech, etc.)
• Experience working with VIP clients, institutional clients, brokers, or trading firms
• Exposure to cryptocurrency exchanges, trading platforms, or fintech environments is a strong plus
• Strong communication skills with a professional, client-facing manner
• Fluent Mandarin (written and spoken) and working proficiency in English
• Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization and follow-through
• Based in 香港 preferred
