Senior Systems Engineer

Duties

  • Provide in-house technical support to company and end-users

  • Ensure data integrity, systems security & compliance with IT policies

  • Support knowledge sharing- ensure technical documentation is up to date

  • Support infrastructure deployment efforts; improve infrastructure solutions via automation tools

  • Assists develop & maintain technical documentation, guidelines & procedures

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma holder or above in Computer related disciplines

  • Min. 10 years working experience as an IT system support or related

  • Resourceful self-starter with a good sense of ownership & attention to detail

  • Good teamwork skills

  • Good verbal & written English, Cantonese & Standard Chinese

  • MCSE/MCP/MCITP and CCNA certifications (Essential)

  • Experience with Servers (Windows AD/DNS/DHCP), VMware and internetworking (switch and Access Point)

  • Working knowledge Enterprise remote computing tools, Data Storage, Backup, Software Patch Management, and IT Security
