About this role 

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for a renowned contractor to join their project management team in Hong Kong.  

Job Responsibilities: 

• Participate in overall civil project from design stage to handover stage;

• Manage overall project management in terms of safety, environment, quality, programme, cost and budget control to ensure projects will be delivered within standard quality, schedule and budget;

• Collaborate with in-house engineering team, site team and other departments for tender support and submission;

• Understand the scope and schedule of tender works;

• Prepare the technical submission documents and other submissions;

• Prepare written response to technical queries;

• Handle and complete the tender process and budget planning;

• Take part in tender interview.

Requirements: 

• Degree or above in Civil Engineering / Construction or related disciplines;

• 20+ years of relevant experience in mega-size civil, infrastructure construction projects in HK, of which with 5+ years of management experience;

• Experience in Railways projects is an advantage;

• Member of HKIE / ICE or other recognized professional bodies is preferred;

• Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Project Director.
