Overview

We help fulfil this desire by providing a wide variety of life insurance products and services to our clients through various channels, both face-to-face and digitally. And we are dedicated to promote digital transformation and fintech innovation in a customer-centric manner.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, that align with market insights and Product Steering Committee governance.
• Partner with distribution channels to gather and validate product requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs, channel capabilities, and business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product implementation workgroup on the requirements across actuarial, operational, system, and risk dimensions.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications, policy contracts, illustrations, approval templates, and product manuals.
• Support post-launch product maintenance (Day 2 readiness), including issue resolution, enhancements, and change assessments.
• Stay abreast of competitors’ movement, industry trends and regulatory changes, and facilitate commercialization of necessary changes to ensure adherence to internal and external risk-based diligence.
• Lead and nurture staff to groom the team

Job Requirements

• At least 8 years of working experience in insurance industry, preferably in the areas of product development, product marketing, channel development or actuarial
• Good communication skill, ability to handle change and actively drive performance
• Agile and have strong execution capabilities, able to build collaboration
• Bottom line orientated, analytical and strategic thinker
• Detailed oriented with strong presentation skills

Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Product Development Manager.
