Responsibilities

• Provide education consultation to prospective students and their parents.
• Handle inquiries and follow up on students application process.
• Assist students with admission to local and overseas schools, colleges, or universities.
• Explore and study all related local and overseas education programs and prepare related brochures/products.
• Conduct literature reviews, marketing research, and competitor analysis of new and existing programs.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or above is required.
• Good command of written Chinese and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
• Good computer skills are preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Mature, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant role.

工作職責:

• 為有意申請升學的學生及其家長提供教育諮詢服務。
• 處理查詢並跟進學生的申請流程
• 協助學生申請本地和海外學校、專上學院或大學。
• 探索和研究所有本地和海外教育計劃，並準備相關的宣傳/產品資料。
• 進行市場調研、對現有計劃評估及對競爭對手進行分析。
• 執行其他臨時任務。

資格要求:

• 需持有學士或以上學歷。
• 具備良好的中文書寫能力和普通話、廣東話和英語口語能力。
• 具備良好的電腦技能者優先考慮。
• 良好的溝通能力和注意細節。
• 成熟、有責任心，並能獨立工作。
• 經驗較少的候選人將被考慮主任職位。
