We are hiring a Senior Officer / Assistant Manager to join our Investment Operations team.

Responsibilities

• To assist with new business and fund set up with consideration of system development.
• To handle overall operations for HK Unit Trust, OFC, including trade life cycle, account opening, reconciliation and subscription / redemption.
• To monitor NAV reports and ensure delivery of accuracy to clients, also trailer fees report.
• To maintain and housekeep the 公司名稱's financial records.
• To support ad‑hoc projects assigned.
• To plan and deliver team development plan on both technical and soft skills.

Requirements

• Degree level education in Business, Economics & Finance, Information Technology with at least 3 years of solid experience in Financial Industry with 3 years in middle office, trade settlement or fund accounting / administration.
• Good skills in MS Office and VBA would be an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of SFC regulations (Type 1, 4, 9) is preferable.
• Experience in Asset Management Business or Systems would be an advantage.
• Good analytic and customer service skills, troubleshooting skills, and interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a mission critical operations and support environment.
