The Job

Solve technical problems and deal with major repairs concerning building services installations and maintenance.
Prepare design, budgets, estimates, drawings and specifications, and tender documents for major improvement works; monitor work progress and contractors' performance.
Search for information and conduct study on new technologies and methodologies.
Prepare tender report and procedural document of major improvement projects for approval.
Assist in training and supervision of junior officers in carrying out the works.

The Person

Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines; holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade B) is preferred but not a must.
3 years' experience in building services maintenance.
Basic knowledge of relevant regulations and professional maintenance practices.
