Your new role

As a Senior Manager in Operational Risk, you will lead the development and implementation of the banks operational risk framework. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting operational risks across all business units. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a strong risk culture throughout the organization.

What youll need to succeed

• Minimum 8 years of experience in operational risk management within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, control assessments, and regulatory expectations in Hong Kong.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in virtual banking or fintech environments is a plus.
