As the Senior Manager, Global Rewards, you will lead the design, execution, and governance of global compensation and benefits strategies that directly support the 公司名稱’s business priorities and competitive 職位ing. You will shape the Global Rewards agenda, oversee key global programs, and collaborate closely with senior leaders and HR teams across regions to ensure consistency, scalability, and market relevance.

Compensation Strategy & Management
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of global compensation frameworks, policies, and programs.
  • Drive annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonuses, promotions, and mobility adjustments.
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on compensation strategy, market movements, and benchmarking insights.
Benefits & Incentive Programs
  • Design and implement global and market‑specific incentive, recognition, and benefits programs that support talent attraction, retention, and engagement.
  • Ensure reward programs remain competitive and aligned with evolving market practices across all regions.
Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with regional and 國家 HR teams to address Global Rewards challenges and enable consistent program execution.
  • Serve as the key liaison between HQ HR and regional offices on complex compensation and benefits matters.
Analysis & Insights
  • Conduct and interpret market research, benchmarking, and benefits analysis to inform data‑driven recommendations.
  • Evaluate workforce trends and business needs to propose enhancements to Global Rewards programs.
Projects & Leadership
  • Lead strategic reward‑related projects, including global initiatives, new program rollouts, and policy harmonization efforts.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members, supporting their development and strengthening Total Rewards capability within the team.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits within a multinational environment.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Manager level.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; advanced Excel skills strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
