Swire Coca-Cola is looking for an experienced cyber security professional who is aspired to be part of a leading global bottling system. The Senior Manager, Cyber Security is responsible for leading the information security projects for the Swire Coca-Cola group at the headquarter level, with a focus in the Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan region (SEAHKT). You will have the opportunity to partner and manage various vendors to provide first-class security solutions to Swire Coca-Cola.
You will focus on the continuous improvement of Swire Coca-Cola's security posture with different initiatives and make an impact through proactively identifing improvement areas and providing solutions according to organization's priorities.
This role reports to the Cyber Security Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage key stakeholders, including the IT heads in various regions and local teams, to influence and align expectations.
Act as direct point-of-contact with our internal customers in SEAHKT. Ensure that they are kept up to date on the latest status for IS related matters.
Crafting and detailing policies and standards, including configuration baselines, and management and operating best practices, for security and IT infrastructure.
As a coordinator and project manager for driving the Centre IS initiatives across SEAHKT, including budget management.
Partner with and manage the service level and performance of the 3rd party vendors.
Develop security metrics to analyses effectiveness of security programs and track improvements over time.
Guide and provide training to IT and security staff in subsidiaries on the application and execution of the standards, tools, metrics and best practices.
Design and delivery security awareness training including but not limited to all employee training, role-based training and incident drill.
Define metrics with Cyber Security Director and provide regular reports for management review.
The Successful Applicant:
Bachelor's degree or above in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent disciplines.
Min 11 years of experience in IT, with minimum of 3 years in depth exposure to information security, experience in matrix and multi-national organization is preferred.
Related qualifications and/or industry certifications such as CISSP, PMP, CompTIA Security +, CISM, CISA, CCSP.
Extensive experience and knowledge of project management, application and infrastructure security, Cloud, IT operations, risk management and secure software development, Chinese Mainland exposure is preferred.
Familiar with Data Privacy, PIPL and PCI regulatory compliance requirements.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated, analytical and possessing good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Passionate about using technology to solve business problems.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua.
Able to travel occasionally.
