Senior Manager, Branding, Business Development & Community Relations

Job Requirements

• Holder of a Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
• At least 10 years experience in Corporate Communications, Branding, Business Development or Community Relations, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership role in a sizable or international organization, preferably in the healthcare or related industries.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful branding and business development strategies.
• Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging diverse community groups.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand development.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Compensation and Employment Terms

We provide a unique employment experience for people seeking careers in hospital and healthcare industry; and offer competitive remuneration packages to the successful candidates. Appointment will be made on a 3-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
