IT Service Delivery / Network Solutions / Core Network - ICIT Service Delivery Manager
Responsibilities:
Provide technical supervision for the operation system support including IT helpdesk, data center operations and production control
Perform root cause analysis to minimize the impact of problems upon service quality, identify opportunities in accordance with ITIL requirements to enhance operational efficiency
Support the department head to manage operational related costs within allocated budget
Monitor service quality of technology outsourcing service provider, helpdesk services and other key vendor services
Requirements:
Degree in Technologies, Engineering or Science with relevant professional qualification
Minimum 10 years’ work experience in a Service Delivery Management role, with exposure to key functions such as Incident, Problem, Change and Major Incident Management Mastery of ITIL principles
In‑depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery
Excellent organizational, resource planning and problem‑solving skills
Knowledge in Linux, Unix, Oracle DB, MongoDB
Soft skills in PMP/CCNAP/ ITIL is preferred
Good command of written and spoken in both English and Mandarin
Manager - Network Solutions
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for international roaming network and service development
Lead and build end‑to‑end wholesale network infrastructure
Develop strategies and directions for network solutions and technology evolution
Own and manage projects for delivery on time and within budget
Perform data analysis on network performance
Requirements:
Degree in Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines
At least 8 years of experience in mobile network development, of which 3 years should be managerial / senior supervisory level
Knowledge in Mobile Core Networks, IP networking, Telecom Signaling, Roaming, Messaging and IoT
Strong leadership, analytical and organization skills
Professional certification in project management is a plus
Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
