Residential: Senior Interior Designer / Interior Designer

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years or more in draftsman field experience, residential interior design.

• At least 3 years relevant working experience preferably in "residential projects".

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp , Enscape, 3D Max , Photoshop, 3D Max , MS office, Illustrator, PowerPoint and other relevant computer software (*Must to use Sketchup & AutoCAD）

• Diploma holder or above in interior design, architecture or related disciplines.
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, good design sense and presentation skills.
• Strong experience (residential projects) **** in space planning/conceptual design /sketching/technical coordination and drawing production.
• On site experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a full set of drawings including space planning, conceptual design with selection of materials.
• Generate conceptual ideas and mood boards to guide the narrative of the project.
• Compile detailed specifications for finishes materials.
• Site supervision to ensure project quality and progress.
• Managing Residential projects from design to construction period.
