Conduct end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to salary negotiation and offering
Assist to execute mass recruitment by exploring potential recruitment channels;
Update and maintain HRIS database integrity;
Work closely with different departments to ensure the project is on track;
Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by Supervisor;
QualificationsHigher Diploma or Associate Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
At least 1 year’s relevant working experience preferably with background in Retail / Beauty / F&B 公司名稱
Well‑versed in Employment Ordinance
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to work under fast-paced working environment with strong interpersonal & presentation skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
With problem solving skill and more experience would be considered as Assistant Officer
Immediately available is highly preferred
