Senior Human Resources & Administration Officer
Key Responsibilities
· Assist with full Human Resources functions including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, employee benefits etc.
· Participate in full cycle of recruitment and selection process from preparing job description, screening, interviewing to on-boarding / off-boarding of candidates
· Maintain & update attendance records, leave records, medical claims etc.;
· Handle administrative duties including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and office supplies, filing, office equipment maintenance, and stationery and pantrys supplies etc.
· Coordinate with external service providers for office operations, equipment, and IT service arrangements.
· Arrange air ticket, hotel accommodation and travel insurance for staff overseas duty visits;
· Assist in organizing company events, staff activities and other ad-hoc functions; and
· Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
· Higher Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
· 3 - 4 years of relevant experience;
· Well versed in HK Employment ordinance and related legislation;
· Good command of English and Chinese;
· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing;
· Good communications and interpersonal skills; and
· Self-motivated, detail minded and a team player.
