We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Draftsman with strong project management abilities to take designs from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, detail-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce precise technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp or FreeCAD (Mac OS preferred)

• Manage projects from initial design through delivery

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality and timely completion

• Uphold accuracy, efficiency and compliance with design standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in drafting and project coordination

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and/or FreeCAD (Mac experience preferred)

• Strong grasp of design principles, construction details and technical standards

• Able to multi-task, work independently and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua

• Proactive, organised and a strong team player
