Senior Client Officer

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Senior Client Officer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Handling clients visit and enquiry

• Collect market information and planning of sales strategies

• Participate in the handover process with buyers

• Follow up inquiries from agencies or buyers

• Provide additional after-sales services

• Prepare reports and documentation related to client interactions and service outcomes

• Participate in and support sales launches

• Handle ad hoc assignments as needed

Requirements:

• Degree holder with experience in customer service

• At least 3 years of relevant experience from reputable property developers (Advantage with luxury market experience)

• Proactive, patient, customer-oriented, detail-minded, and a team player

• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

• Hands-on PC skills, including MS Word and Excel
