Role Overview

Serve as a key liaison between clients, business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze enterprise-level requirements, design tailored solutions, and drive agile delivery of system enhancements. Leverage cross-industry expertise and technical acumen to align solutions with client operational goals and maximize project value.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze and document business requirements for system upgrades; translate client pain points into actionable artifacts (user stories, process maps, epics).
2. Facilitate cross-functional discussions to align stakeholders on project priorities, timelines and expected outcomes.
3. Lead client workshops and meetings to co-develop customized solutions addressing operational/technical challenges.
4. Assess as-is business processes and collaborate with agile teams to support iterative development and large-scale business transformations.
5. Manage project documentation and deliverables; track backlog and software delivery progress to ensure timely, quality outputs.
6. Bridge communication gaps between clients and internal teams (developers, architects, PMs) to drive project consensus.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
2. 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience, with a preference for vendor/consulting environment background.
3. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and project management methodologies; hands-on experience in software implementation projects.
4. Proven experience working with local enterprises or public sector organizations is highly desirable.
5. Strong data-driven decision-making skills to validate requirements and evaluate solution effectiveness.
6. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (mandatory) ; excellent verbal/written communication skills for cross-team coordination.
7. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

Technical & Professional Competencies

1. Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and IT tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, process mapping software).
2. Skilled in prioritizing tasks in complex scenarios, obtaining stakeholder buy-in and resolving conflicts.
3. Practical experience in writing user stories and linking team deliverables to client business strategies.
4. Willingness to share knowledge and support teammate development in agile frameworks.
5. Strong attention to detail, team spirit and commitment to professional standards.
