About the Company 

• We are a multinational freight forwarding and logistics service provider with a strong presence in global supply chain solutions. 
• To support our growing operations, we are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sea Freight Operation Clerk to join our Ocean Freight team.

Key Responsibilities 

• Work in Sea Freight Operation Team of 5 members
• Perform daily sea freight import and export operations, including documentation
• Coordinate closely with shipping lines, co-loaders, subcontractors, suppliers, and warehouse teams
• Handle trucking arrangements, cargo planning, and customs clearance procedures
• Respond to sea freight inquiries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders

Ideal Candidates

• Secondary education or above (DSE/Form 5 or equivalent)
• 2-3 years of experience in sea freight operations within the freight forwarding industry
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Employment Terms

• 5 days work : Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Annual leave: 12 days in the first year, increasing up to 20 days
