Our client, a well-known financial services 公司名稱 in 香港, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join on a 12-month renewable contract. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Agile principles and skilled in facilitating high-performing teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business objectives.

Responsibilities of the Role:

Agile Facilitation:

• Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

Team Coaching:

• Guide teams in Agile best practices to foster continuous improvement and self-organization.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external disruptions.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure clear backlog prioritization and alignment with business goals.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies effectively across teams and leadership.

Delivery Excellence:

• Monitor and report on team performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.

Requirements of the Role

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, preferably within financial services or regulated industries.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification required.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management platforms.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to influence and coach teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
