Our client is one of the key providers of regulatory technology (RegTech) solutions, specializing in automated regulatory reporting, AML, and risk management for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound lead generation to build a robust pipeline of financial institutions (Banks, Brokers, Asset Managers) in 香港.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including cold calling, initial product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-level stakeholders (Compliance Managers, IT Leads, Operations Heads) to understand their pain points.
• Act as the primary point of contact, coordinating between the client and internal technical/pre‑sales teams in HQ.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in FinTech, SaaS, or Financial Software. Experience selling to financial institutions is a major plus.
• Proactive, resilient, and comfortable with cold outreach and building a territory from scratch.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required; Mandarin is essential for communicating with our Mainland China R&D teams.
